Family Twilight Beach Party
Luau and Family Movie
Special appearance by
SpongeBob SquarePants
5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Over 2,800 fans came to the
Louisville Zoo and National City’s Twilight Beach Party to attend a
luau with SpongeBob SquarePants. Kids were treated to a scavenger
hunt upon entering the Zoo that led them down to the Luau Beach
Party at the Calistoga Splash
Park.
Representatives from National City
Bank handed out prizes of beads and toys and invited parents to sign
up for their Points Program. Once kids completed the hunt and made
it to the Luau they received a prize for their efforts.
Perfect sunny weather with no humidity
welcomed the guests as Scaredy Cat Pat the Pirate and the Zoo Crew
led beach party games, surfer music and handed out prizes and leis
at the Beach Party Luau.
As dusk fell, kids were able to relax
with their parents and enjoy the movie Surfs Up in the Oasis Field.
Before the movie, the Zoo Crew was around to entertain the crowd
with games and music. A great time was enjoyed by all.
